Free yoga classes will be offered all day Saturday, Jan. 24, at Weston Yoga. Donations will be collected to benefit the Humane Society of Broward County.
The schedule is 8:30-10 a.m., Ashtanga; 10:30 a.m .to noon; heated;
12:30-1:30 p.m., Hatha/Yoga Basics; 2 to 3 p.m., yoga for kids 7-12;
3:30-5 p.m., heated; 5:30-6:30 p.m., restorative.
