First Fridays are big days for free events in Broward.
Don’t forget the Broward County Library monthly First Friday Special Collection Fair, featuring first editions and other books for sale, plus CDs and cassettes. The sale is 11:30 a.m to 3 p.m. Friday, March 6, at the Main Library, 100 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale.
From noon to 2 p.m., you can hear free flute music by Laura Sue, the “Silver Nightingale.”
