Hollywood may be the South Florida city with the most free entertainment. We could write up an item every day about free events in Hollywood. Where was all this fun when I lived there?
This weekend looks particularly interesting. On tap are:
* Funtastic Friday for Kids , plus kids eat free from 4 to 7 p.m. at participating downtown restaurants.
* Seaside arts and crafts fair, plus green market, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 2, and Sunday, May 3, on the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk at Johnson Street.
* Free concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 3, by the Symphony of the Americas at Arts Park at Young Circle. Bring your own seat (chair or blanket).
* Dream Car Classic car show, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Artspark at Young Circle and down Hollywood Boulevard between 19th and 21st. Event includes music and children’s activities.
