Free Carnival-Theme Event at Library

Acrobatics and a stilt walker are included in the fun Saturday, June 6, when a library in Davie kicks off its summer reading program.

The family event is free. Other highlights include snow cones, cotton candy and temporary tattoos.

The Creativity Carnival Summer Reading Kickoff event is 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the The Alvin
Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University, 3100 Ray Ferrero Jr. Blvd., Davie.

Other summer activities at this venue include
     * Totally Tweens Creative Journaling
     * Computer class for adults focusing on how to connect online�
using Facebook, Flickr and YouTube
     * Fantasy Theatre Factory
     * Movie and Popcorn every Tuesday
     * Lunch Bunch story time on Wednesdays
