Fluffy felines and perky pooches take the spotlight June 6 to June 20 at Art Expressions Gallery.
To kick off the animal-theme art exhibit, the public is invited to a free reception 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at the gallery, 1438 NE 26th St., Wilton Manors.
The exhibit, “Meow! Woof,” and the reception are designed to support pet rescue efforts of a Fort Lauderdale-based organization. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the dog-theme and cat-theme art pieces are going to Grateful Paws Rescue. The reception also includes a raffle.
