Kids enjoy an array of freebies during the grand opening event at a store that dishes out frozen sweet treats.
The festivities include free face painting, a prize wheel, music and other activities. From Friday, Aug. 7, to Sunday, Aug. 9, kids younger than 12, accompanied by an adult, receive a free serving of ice cream with one mix-in.
