Public Assistance Workshop At Library

Residents interested in applying for financial aid through public assistance programs are welcome to attend free workshops.

The  “How To Apply For Public Assistance” workshops feature information about food stamps, Medicaid and other programs.

The workshops are at the Broward County Library, 100 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale. They are  6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19.  For information, phone  954-357-7348.
