Whether you’re on your own boat or watching from the shore, the Pompano Holiday Beach Boat Parade is free.
The 47th annual event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13.
Boats festooned with decorations make their way northward along Intracoastal Waterway from Lake Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach to Deerfield Beach.
No entry fees are required for participating boats with a banner, lighting and music.
