To celebrate the new year, Pollo Tropical is introducing five new “handhelds” to eat on the go. To celebrate the launch of the new sandwiches, the restaurant is giving away free handhelds sandwiches in exchange for used handheld phones Monday, Jan. 11.
The Helping Handhelds Campaign will benefit Women in Distress.
To get two free handheld sandwiches, bring in an old cellphone (battery must be included) to participating Pollo Tropical locations.
The regular price of the new sandwiches is $2.79. The new line of handhelds includes:
- Chicken Caesar Wrap
- Chicken Sandwich with Peppadew Sauce
- Cuban Wrap
- Chipotle Chicken Sandwich
- Guava Pork BBQ Sandwich
