Irish entertainment, food and kids’ activities are part of the not-too-expensive picnic festivities in Fort Lauderdale.
The Irish Family Summer Picnic is Saturday, July 10 noon to 5 p.m. at Snyder Park, 3299 SW Fourth Ave. Live music is part of the event.
Tickets are $5 for youngsters and $10 for adults. Beer and wine are sold for $2. The event is an effort to raise money for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival in March.
