Free Landscape Lectures At Park

If you’re eager to spruce up your outdoor environment, take advantage of free information on various landscaping topics.

The free lectures are 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug 1 and some other Sundays.

The programs focus on such subjects as native vegetation, attracting wildlife and saving money on water and other utilities.

The lectures are at Secret Woods Nature Center,  2701 W. State Road 84, Dania Beach, 954-791-1030, Aug. 1, Aug. 8, Aug. 15, Aug. 29 and Sept. 5.
