The muscle-stretching workouts are available Weston Yoga Saturday, Sept. 25.
Reservations are required for the assortment of free classes, including heated at 9:15 a.m. and kids’ yoga at 1 p.m. Donations are accepted for the organization Florida Introduces Physical Activity & Nutrition to Youth.
