Free R&B concerts by Rachel Brown

Contemporary rhythm and blues singer Rachel Brown will give two free concerts Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the coffeehouse on the North Campus of Broward Community College, 1000 Coconut Creek Blvd., Coconut Creek.
