Swimming and diving teams from an assortment of schools are training in Fort Lauderdale.
The public may watch the student athletes and entry is free.
The College Swim Forum features about1,500 participants in training and competition events to January 15 at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex, 501 Seabreeze Boulevard, 954-828-4580
Fort Lauderdale is showcasing its aquatic facilities at a free Family Fun Day event.
Some of the activities include water aerobics, games and museum tours.
Swim team tryouts, dive team tryouts and camp registration also are featured.
The Family Fun Day is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 24 at the Fort Lauderdale Aquatic facilities, 501 Seabreeze Boulevard. For information, phone 954-828-4580.
