Free Movie in Parkland Park

Enjoy a film about wacky weather.  Parkland’s Movies in the Park is 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, at the Pine Trails Park Amphitheater.  Admission is free.

Free Brazilian film on Hollywood Beach

To kick off the Brazilian Film Festival June 5-13, organizers are offering a free film screening in Hollywood and Miami Beach.
The two films to be shown are My Name Ain’t Johnny (2008), a crime drama by Mauro Lima, and a short called Seven Lives.
