$1 kids’ movies at Regal theaters

Several Regal theaters in Broward are participating in a summer event that offers a variety of kid-friendly flicks for a dollar.

The participating theaters and the G-rated and PG-rated films they’re featuring  are on the Regal Summer Movie Express website.

At  participating theaters, the $1 movies are shown 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays  to August 8.

Some of the films to be featured in Broward theaters include Happy Feet Two, Smurfs, Rio, Yogi Bear, Kitt Kittredge: American Girl and Spy Kids All the Time.

The deal is offered by Buy With Me, a daily deal site that has recently started offering deals in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando (though this deal is good anywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii).

The AMC Silver Experience tickets can be used at any AMC, AMC Showplace, Loews, Cineplex Odeon, Magic Johnson or Star theatre. These tickets are good only for movies that have been out for two weeks.

If you want discount tickets to current moves, AMC is offering four AMC Gold Experience tickets for $33, including shipping.

Unless it sells out early, you have until 11:59 p.m. Sept. 27 to get the deal – though it did sell early last time Buy With Me offered an AMC deal.

There are some restrictions on these tickets, so read the fine print.
