Have you heard? Ernie’s Italian Chophouse opened up recently in Lighthouse Point and Dine Magazine wants you to check it out for free. They have generously donated some tickets to their upcoming happy hour event taking place at this new restaurant on Wednesday, April 18th from 6- 8pm. In order to attend, please email Dine your first and last name and how many tickets you would like (maximum 2) for free. A little number are available and they will be given to the first people that respond. You will receive a confirmation email. This offer is valid for first time attendees to Dine events only.
Now here’s information on the event — for classic Italian recipes with a modern flair, join Dine at the newly opened Ernie’s Italian Chophouse in Lighthouse Point, where family and friends are united by great food and company. This fine dining restaurant offers a sleek setting and the delectable cuisine of Chef Gary Wood. Chef comes to Ernie’s, after spending time at some prestigious restaurants in the area including 32 East, Max’s Grille, Aura and Mancini’s.
Chef’s culinary focus — simple is better — can be seen in his cuisine, where fresh mozzarella, homemade pastas and seasoned olives are made fresh daily. Expect farm-to-table ingredients, specialty Prime cuts of meat and whole fish, served tableside.
A trip to Ernie’s would not be complete without a taste of their veal meatballs — just one of the many specialty hors d’oeuvres that will be served to our guests.
