From the Weston website
“Any community member who wishes to decorate their car before the event can assemble in the Weston Branch Library parking lot to decorate, and then join the event. The community is asked to follow physical distancing and use facial coverings while decorating, and remain in their cars during the entire drive through event. At the end of the “Drive Thru” route, a colorful backdrop will await, where cars can stop to have a photographer capture a photo of attendees in their cars.”
